Vintage Triple Lotus Flower Table Lamp. Blue Grapes Glass Petals MCM Regency with Brass and black stand. There is one petal that is broken off at its end. It has some clear tape on the end which helps it stay in place. There are two other Petals that broke but have been mended with superglue.
