Good working order - has 5 lights and 3 switches in total. 1 inside the glass body (1-way switch). 3 candelabra lights (3-way switch). There are a couple of surface chips on the bottom edge of the body (near the base).
Also, there is a minor hairline crack by one of the chips (see photo #12) - can't feel the crack. Also note that the candlestick sleeves have cracks/chips (see photo #6-7). You'll want to have them replaced in the future.
